Newcastle Eye Gibbs swoop

Newcastle have turned their attention to Arsenal's Kieran
Gibbs in their bid to sign a left-back, according to the Daily
Mail .

The Magpies are keen to bolster their options on the left-
hand side of the defence and see Gibbs, who has fallen out
of favour at the Emirates Stadium, as the perfect addition.

The Gunners, however, will only sell the England
international if they can bring in cover for current first-choice
Nacho Monreal.
