Swansea City are keen on bringing in Ryan Giggs as
manager to replace Garry Monk who was sacked by the club
on Wednesday, according to the Independent.

The report states the Swans are ready to speak to the
Welshman if he is willing to leave Manchester United and
begin a managerial career.

Brendan Rodgers has already rejected the chance to return
to the Liberty Stadium while Chris Coleman is another
candidate who has ruled himself out of the running.

Giggs, meanwhile, would suit Huw Jenkins' preferred choice
of a young exciting coach who plays attacking football.
