The Spain Under-21 starlet has ended all speculation about his future by signing a contract renewal with the Liga champions until June 2020.
The Spain under-21 international's previous deal was due to expire in June 2018 and a number of clubs were keeping a close eye on his situation at the Vicente Calderon.
However, Saul has now ended all speculation about his future by signing a two-year extension to his previous deal.
The 20-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough season at the Calderon this term, having spent last season on loan at Rayo Vallecano.
He has featured 32 times in all competitions, scoring four goals in the process.
Saul suffered kidney problems in late February and was subsequently ruled out for around six weeks, but he scored on his return - a 2-0 victory over Cordoba - and has since helped the Spanish champions maintain their bid for a top-three spot.
