Caf Confederation Cup draw in full: TP Mazembe draw MO Béjaïa, Étoile du Sahel get Kawkab Marrakech

The eight teams have been drawn into two groups for this season's tournament which sees Medeama drawn into a tough group with TP Mazembe.

The draw for the group stages of the Caf Confederation Cup has thrown up a number of interesting fixtures, with reigning African kings set to face Ghanaian FA Cup winner Medeama, Tunisian topflight outfit Étoile du Sahel will meet Libya's Ahly Tripoli.

The tournament's reigning champions - Étoile du Sahel - begin their title defence against Group B opponents Kawkab Marrakech before tackling Fath Union Sport.

Mazembe side progressed to the group stage of the competition via away goal rule against Stade Gabèsien after scores stood at 2-2 after two legs.

Hubert Velud's men are looking to compete on three fronts this term and face travels to Tanzania, DR Congo and Ghana in theAfrican competition.

Meanwhile, Moroccan side FUS have been handed trickydraws, with Hoalid Regragui's side having to navigate their way past Kawkab Athletic, defending champions Étoile du Sahel and Ahly Tripoli in Group B.
