The Nigeria Football Federation has finally revealed it paid money owed to former Super Eagles Coach, Sunday Oliseh, on March 23 (Tuesday) through Sterling Bank.
In an interview with footballlive, Assistant Director Communications and Head of Communication Department, NFF, Ademola Olajire stressed that the Federation will not entertain further discussions with the estranged Coach, whose legal representative have demanded a retraction of all claims they term ‘libelous.’
Olajire waved off the threats of Oliseh and his lawyers over dragging the FA to court. The erstwhile gaffer and his representatives had demanded, on Monday, that the Nff retract statements made against the person of Oliseh suggesting he insulted Nigerians and also had been lying about receiving his entitlements.
The Nigeria Football Federation were a 48-hour ultimatum to retract the ‘Libelous’ comments.
