Arsene Wenger predicts that Real Madrid’s appeal for their
transfer ban will be successful.
The Spanish club, along with Atletico Madrid, have been
suspended from signing players for the next two windows
after breaching rules regarding transfers of players under
the age of 18.
Both Madrid and Atletico have denied the claims and insist
they will appeal, and the Arsenal manager expects the
decision to be overturned.
“They will appeal,” said Wenger.
“They will cancel the ban and they will be allowed to buy in
the next two transfer windows. That’s what will happen.”
