Cristiano Ronaldo appeared to mock James's recent
speeding violation during Real Madrid training at the
weekend.
The Colombian reportedly hit speeds of 200 kilometres per
hour past police officers on Madrid's M40 ring road in his
black Audi R8 on Friday before stopping six kilometres later
at the club's training ground.
Ronaldo can be seen imitating erractic driving as James
strolls past ahead of the club's clash with Valencia. James
appears to take the ribbing in his stride but failed to make
the matchday squad for the 2-2 draw.
The car chase involving two undercover police officers made
front page news, with Marca and AS running headlines on
Saturday of "with the cops on his heels" and "James, hunted
at 200 per hour" respectively.
In the police report of the incident, James is said to have
blamed loud music playing in his car as behind his failure to
pull over despite continued shouts from the chasing
vehicles.
