Parigini flattered by Totheham interest

Mauricio Pochettino is looking for a promising forward to
bolster a first-team squad which boasts just Harry Kane as
an out-and-out striker, with Basel's Breel Embolo and
Barcelona's Sandro Ramirez joining West Brom's Saido
Berahino as targets.

Spurs have also cast their eye towards Italy, with Sassulo's
Domenico Berardi, who was reportedly the subject of a
recent bid from Daniel Levy, and now 19-year-old Parigini
also the focus of their attentions.

Parigini is currently enjoying first-team football in the
second year of a two-season loan move at Serie B outfit
Perugia and can be deployed across the front line,
contributing four goals in 15 games this term.

"Interest from a prestigious club like Tottenham is
flattering," Parigini's agent, Giorgio Parretti, told Goal.

"Parigini is fully focused on Perugia but is always
considering his long-term future at Torini. It is too soon to
talk about a move away but we will evaluate his situation
with Torini in the summer."

Parigini has represented Italy at every youth level and
recently earned his first call-up to the Under-21 team,
scoring on his debut against Republic of Ireland in October.
