successfully appeal their transfer ban, they are looking to
spend £250 million in order to revamp their squad.
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are also reportedly keen
on the winger, but he is first-choice destination is Madrid.
Chelsea are hoping that Hazard can rediscover the form that
helped the club win the Premier League title last season, but
if his struggles continue, Roman Abramovich believes he
could command a similar fee to what Madrid paid for Gareth
Bale in 2013.
