Mourinho picks Neville successor at Sky Sports

Jose Mourinho has had his fair share of run-ins with Sky
Sports pundits since his return to Chelsea but he’s now
offered his advice as the search for Gary Neville’s successor
begins.

Neville’s surprise decision to join Valencia until the end of
the season has left a gigantic hole in Sky Sports’ coverage
and Mourinho, who has hit out at Jamie Redknapp, Graeme
Souness and Jamie Carragher at different stages this year,
admits the former Manchester United defender must now
prove that he’s more than a “very good pundit”.

“I just wish him well,” said the Chelsea manager.

“He was a very good player and a very good pundit. Now he
must prove he can be a very good manager, which is a
completely different job.”

But when asked for his pick to replace Neville at Sky Sports,
Mourinho replied: “A good question. Not easy, huh? Dennis
Wise.”
