Champions League anthem once again prior to their group
stage clash with Sevilla in Spain on Tuesday night.
The club are facing a probe after fans jeered the music that
serenaded both teams as they walked onto the pitch in the
first game between the two sides last month.
However, City supporters chose to continue their protest by
booing when ball boys carried the Champions League
banner onto the field before kick-off in Seville.
They also voiced their anger as the anthem was played at
the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan and held aloft white pieces of
card with the word 'boo' written on them.
City fans are reportedly unhappy with Uefa's failure to
compensate travelling fans for last season's game against
CSKA Moscow, which was played behind closed doors over
racist behaviour from the Russian club's supporters.
However, City fans were laughing by the end of the game
after watching Manuel Pellegrini's men book their place in
the last-16 with two games to spare with a 3-1 win.
