Mikel scored what is perhaps his most spectacular goal this season during a party piece at the Chelsea dinner table, a video posted by Didier Drogba has shown.The Nigerian, who has just returned from injury, nodded the final ball into an empty bin at the Blues dinner in a repertoire that included Branislav Ivanovic, John Terry, Loic Remy, Drogba and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
The Ivorian striker had posted the short clip on his Instagram with the words “Boring boring Chelseaaa!!!!!” to signify how much fun the players have behind the scenes after chants of 'boring boring Chelsea' by Arsenal fans during Sunday's game at the Emirates.
Their unity was obvious after Mikel’s final header went into the bin as all the players including Eden Hazard jumped up to celebrate the Nigerian’s feat.
Chelsea are set to win the Premier League title this season as they maintained their 10-point lead at the top of the table.
