Ighalo: I would like to play alongside Ronaldo

Nigeria and Watford Striker, Odion Ighalo might have sparked further rumors of his Manchester United links after he revealed he would grab the chance to play with Old Trafford-linked Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ighalo, who spoke on a live show on Sports Radio 88.9 Brila FM, Lagos, refused to make comparisons between the Portuguese and his Barcelona rival, Lionel Messi.

The 26-year-old was however eager to disclose he would like to play alongside Cristian Ronaldo, 31. The Watford FC striker was asked who he preferred to play alongside between the world stars.

” I don’t like comparing both of them, Messi’s is blessed with the talent, while Ronaldo is a product of hard work so it’ll be hard to compare the two.

” But, I would like to play with Cristiano Ronaldo.”
