Mesut Ozilwill start forGermany against England on Saturday, with Mario Gomez leading the line for Joachim Low's world champions.
The Arsenal midfielder is joined in midfield by Toni Kroos and Sami Khedira, with Thomas Muller and Marco Reus set to support Gomez from the flanks.
Ozil has won 70 caps for his country, and will play in the hole behind Gomez, who has scored 21 goals for Besiktas this season.
Elsewhere, Mats Hummels will be partnered at centre-back by Roma loanee Antonio Rudiger, with Liverpool star Emre Can and Cologne left-back Jonas Hector picked at full-back. Manuel Neuer plays in goal.
Roy Hodgson announced his England team on Friday, and has picked four Tottenham players; Danny Rose starts at left-back,Eric Dier plays in midfield alongside Dele Alli and Harry Kane leads the line as the Three Lions go in search of a morale-boosting victory in Berlin.
