Romelu Lukaku scored a brilliant brace to send Chelsea out
of the FA Cup and book Everton's place at Wembley on
Saturday.
The Belgian, formerly of the Blues, netted a quick-fire brace
in the final 10 minutes to give the Toffees' victory in the
quarter-final clash at Goodison Park, just moments before
Diego Costa was sent off for a second bookable offence, with replays appearing to show that he attempted to bite Gareth Barry.
Barry was subsequently dismissed just moments later after his own second yellow card, but the dismissal came too late to disrupt Everton's rhythm, as they held onto their lead to progress to the semi-finals.
