Joshua Onomah pens new Totheham Deal


Joshua Onomah has signed a new contract at Tottenham
until 2020, the club have confirmed.

The 18-year-old has made his first-team breakthrough under
Mauricio Pochettino this season, making eight appearances,
six of which have come in the Premier League.

Onomah has now committed his future to the club, and has
expressed his delight at signing a new deal.

"My dream was always to play for Spurs, and now I'm doing
it," he told Spurs' official Twitter account.

Pochettino has expressed a desire to promote the best
young players to his first-team at White Hart Lane, with
Onomah the latest beneficiary of a philosophy that is
reaping rewards this season.

Spurs are currently third in the Premier League, five points
behind leaders Leicester City, and are reported to have the
youngest average age of any squad in the division.
