Alli has made his first-team breakthrough at White Hart Lane this season, making 35 appearances in all competitions and scoring seven goals.
The 19-year-old’s displays under Mauricio Pochettino have led to four England caps, and the former MK Dons midfielder scored his first international goal in the emotionally-charged 2-0 win over France in November.
The former Three Lions skipper told Talksport: “I have been really impressed by Dele Alli. He has had a great season at Spurs.
“It is great to see young players coming through and playing with the enjoyment that you want them to play with.
“It is what Roy done so well - he has brought so many young players into the squad and given them the chance to play on the biggest stage.”
Kane, meanwhile, has spearheaded Spurs’ unlikely Premier League title tilt this term, scoring 16 goals in 26 outings, and Beckham has lauded the way the 22-year-old plays.
“Harry Kane – you see a player like that and he has got an honesty about the way he plays and that is what I love seeing about the way he plays the game,” he added.
“He works hard and you can tell he cares about the game and you can tell he cares about playing for our country. Seeing players like that play on the biggest stage is exciting and I am looking forward to the Euros.”
