Aggreh: No qualms over Sunshine Stars exit

Prince Aggreh insists he has no regrets over the manner of his Sunshine Stars exit and says he dumped the Akure side in a bid to move forward in his career.

The forward featured for Nigeria at the 2016 African Nations Championship in Rwanda and spent 36 months with the Owena Waves before joining Kano Pillars in February.

According to Aggreh, his decision to join the former Nigerian kings was taken to take giant strides in his professional career after failing to win laurel with Sunshine Stars.

“No regrets quitting Sunshine Stars,” Aggreh told Goal.

“I took the decision to help my career and I am optimistic that will also improve my game.

“In life, the only constant thing is change. I have featured for them [Sunshine Stars] for two years and I felt it was time to move on.

“My focus is to settle down quick in my new team and help them win many titles,” he concluded.

Kano Pillars face Enugu Rangers in their first game of the Nigeria Professional Football League season on February 21.
