Tottenham made an offer for the 22-year-old during the
summer transfer window, but no agreement was made as
Spurs could not meet West Brom’s valuation.
However, Pulis admits the club are open to offers for the
forward this winter.
“Every player is for sale if the price is right and if the club
deem it to be right. The chairman will be the one who
controls that and the chairman will decide that,” Pulis told
reporters.
“It's the chairman's football club and financially he has
always controlled it in a way that he has thought is the best
way for West Brom.”
Liverpool and Chelsea have also been linked with a January
move for Berahino, who has scored three goals in 17
Premier League appearances this season.
