his sublime effort didn’t escape the attentions of one of the
world’s best.
With the match finely poised at 1-1, Alli received the ball on
the edge of the area, flicked the ball over the onrushing Mile
Jedinak, and fired his volley low past Wayne Hennessey.
Evidently, Gareth Bale still keeps track of how Spurs are
doing as the Real Madrid star was quick to heap his praise
on Alli after his wonder strike at Selhurst Park.
