Mourinho has struggled to find an alternative to Diego Costa
since returning to west London, with Falcao failing to
recapture his best form and Loic Remy finding opportunities
few and far between.
Ibrahimovic looks likely to become a free agent at the end of
the campaign and has been linked with a return to AC Milan,
with whom he won a Scudetto in 2010-11.
But Mourinho could throw a spanner in the works by
bringing the Swede to England for the first time as he looks
to devise Chelsea's route back to the top on the back of
their disastrous form over the past four months.
