Champions League Re-Cap:-: Real Madrid, PSG, Man City, Juventus, PSV, Wolfsburg, Atletico Madrid and Benfica all move to next Round

Real Madrid Thrashed Malmo in a eight goal thriller,PSG and Manchester City defeated Shakhtar Donetsk and Borussia Monchengladbach respectively, Wolfsburg and Sevilla stuns Manchester United and Juventus respectively, As PSV and Atletico Madrid claimed victory.


Real Madrid put Malmo to the sword in startling
fashion as Cristiano Ronaldo wrote another piece of
Champions League history in an 8-0 win.

Cristiano Ronaldo struck four times in 19 minutes to break his own record for goals in a Champions League group stage as Real Madrid hammered Malmo 8-0 on Tuesday.

Also, Goals from Lucas and Zlatan Ibrahimovic helped PSG to a 2-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk in Tuesday's

Champions League encounter in Paris.
Lucas and Zlatan Ibrahimovic grabbed the goals as Paris Saint- Germain eased to a 2-0 Champions League win over Shakhtar Donetsk at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday. 

Else where at the Etihad stadium in England, Raheem Sterling struck twice to give Manchester City a 4-2 win at home to Borussia Monchengladbach that
ensures they finish top of Group D

Raheem Sterling's late brace ensured Manchester City topped Group D in the Champions League as they won 4-2 to eliminate Borussia Monchengladbach from European competition.  

And in Spain, Sevilla Striker Fernando Llorente's header ensured holders Sevilla earned a place in the Europa League as they eased to a 1-0 win over Juventus.

Fernando Llorente's second-half header condemned his former club Juventus to a 1-0 defeat in the Champions League on Tuesday to send Sevilla into the Europa League.

The hosts needed a win and a Borussia Monchengladbach defeat at Manchester City to stay in Europe, and they duly kept
up their end of the bargain midway through the second half when Llorente rose highest to head home Yevhen
Konoplyanka's corner at Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan.

And at the Volkswagen Arena in Germany, Manchester United crashed out of the Champions League on
Tuesday as they were beaten 3-2 by Group B winners Wolfsburg at the Volkswagen Arena on an evening of twists and turns. 

United threw away an early lead and ultimately slipped from second to third in Germany as PSV moved into the top two behind Dieter Hecking's group winners - themselves battling back from Sergei Ignashevich's penalty to claim maximum points against CSKA Moscow.

Meanwhile in Holland, PSV clinched a place in the knockout stages of the Champions
League for the first time since the 2006/07 season after coming from a goal down to defeat CSKA Moscow 2-1 at the Philips Stadion on Tuesday.

Goals from Luuk de Jong and Davy Propper cancelled out a Sergei Ignashevich's penalty in dramatic finish, meaning Phillip Cocu's side secured second place in Group B. 

And in portugal, Atletico Madrid duo Saul Niguez and Luciano Vietto secured a 2-1 victory for Atletico Madrid at Benfica, and with it top spot in Champions League Group C.

Atletico Madrid secured top spot in Group C of the Champions League as goals from Saul Niguez and Luciano Vietto earned a 2-1 win at Benfica on Tuesday.

The hosts only needed a draw to top the standings but Atletico's win saw them claim their place at the summit at the expense of the Portuguese side.

And finally in Turkey, Galatasaray sealed third spot in Champions League Group C, but only after Astana threatened to pip them
to a Europa League place.

Selcuk Inan's equaliser spared Galatasaray's blushes and secured their spot in the knockout stages of the Europa League following a 1-1 draw with Astana at the Turk Telekom Arena.

With both sides already eliminated from the Champions League, the Turkish Super Lig side snatched the point they needed to extend their European campaign into the second half of the season, but only after being given a major scare.
