Liverpool have reached an agreement with Aston Villaover the payment terms of a deal to sign Christian Benteke.
The striker is set to have a medical with Brendan Rodgers' side imminently with Liverpool doctor Dr Andy Massey flying home from the club's pre-season tour of Australia.
