Newcastle United have completed the signing of Chancel Mbemba from Anderlecht.
The club announced on Sunday that a deal was in place to bring the 20-year-old to St James' Park but were waiting on a work permit for the DR Congo international from the Football Association.
Mbemba becomes Steve McClaren's third summer signing, following Georginio Wijnaldum and former Anderlecht team-mate Aleksandar Mitrovic, and has signed a five-year deal.
