Former Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby has completed his move to Marseille.
The 29-year-old returns to Ligue 1 on a free transfer after leaving the Gunners earlier this summer but the French club have not disclosed the length of the midfielder's contract.
West Brom were also in the running to sign Diaby, who had undergone a medical with Tony Pulis' side and been offered a contract.
"In signing with OM, he can again aim to reach his level and, why not, challenge for a place at Euro 2016,” read a statement from Marseille.
"His arrival has been saluted by all observers as one of the best operations of the summer transfer market in France."
