Barcelona may be busy gearing up for the new season but three of their stars have used their trip to the USA to pay a visit to president Barack Obama at the White House.The Catalans were in action in California on Saturday but have swiftly gone from west coast to east in preparation for Tuesday's match against Chelsea in Maryland.
And Ivan Rakitic, Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Alen Halilovic have taken time out from training to go sight-seeing in the nearby capital city, visiting the home of every US president since John Adams in 1800.
The fact that Obama is, in fact, in Kenya did not seem to put them off...
