The Senegal international has agreed to join the clubafter they settled on an undisclosed fee with Turkishside Besiktas.
The striker is set to arrive in China on Saturday and have a medical before officialising his transfer.
The former Chelsea frontman scored 18 goals in 29 league appearances for Besiktas and was contracted to the club until 2018, having joined last summer.
Ba's signing comes just a few days after former Paris Saint-Germain attacker Mohamed Sissoko joined the Chinese Super League side.
