Enyimba FC – 2014 Federation Cup champions
Back-to-back Federation Cup champions Enyimba International FC have been handed an easy draw in the Round of 64 of the Nigeria oldest cup competition.
The Aba Millionaire, who defeated Dolphins 2-1 in last year’s Federation Cup final played at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos, were paired against Nasarawa Feeders FC in the year’s knock-out round.
The draw which was held on Thursday 30th April at the Main Auditoriom of the FIFA Goal Project Technical Centre in Abuja also squared Nembe City with rivals Bayelsa United in a derby tie.
Inter FC are up against last year finalist Dolphins FC while Plateau United will face Shooting Stars SC.
Kaduna United FC will host Rangers International FC amongst many other pairings.The round of 64 matches will take place on 13th and 14th May. Winners of the Federation Cup which is a knockout competition, will represent Nigeria at the CAF Confederations Cup.
